We understand parenting is the most significant opportunity to influence young people, so we aim to provide parents with leadership and personal skills training.

Renowned for her distinctive, national, and internationally syndicated talk show, "The Koze Fanm” (translation "Woman's Issues'') Syndicated Show, which has been providing hope through the airwaves since 2006.
- Guylene Berry is an award-winning radio/TV personality, entrepreneur, philanthropist, founder, and CEO of the Alliance for Progress, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that empowers youth, single parents and seniors.
- Additionally, she serves as the director of Sak Pase Media and presides over the Positive Impact Institute, a training hud focusing on personal and professional development. Guylene Berry is a multilingual facilitator, transformational speaker, consultant, and certified trainer of Infinite Possibilities. She is also the published author of the "Adjust the Volume until the message is clear" book series.

Founded in 2006 by Guylene Berry, Her vision was and still is to be the change she wantswants to see. Alliance for Progress, Inc./ Seeds of Hope Legacy, formerly Positive Impact Foundation has been serving our communities for nearly 20 years. Our organization was established to address the growing need for knowledge and assistance for those facing financial, health, wellness, or social challenges. And help people find joy in the journey.
Making a difference
- Objective: Our primary goal is to assist mothers, caregivers and elderlies in being more responsible community members. Focusing on wellness, financial literacy, leadership training and more.
- Methods: This will be achieved through community outreach, multimedia, coaching, and training.
- Purpose: The overarching objective is to contribute to the growth and progress of the community.
